Administrative Assistant – Abu Dhabi
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will have outstanding organizational skills and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
The Administrative Assistant will report directly to the Senior Manager and be responsible for the day-to-day administrative support functions of the organization. This position requires excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills as well as a high level of professional and ethical conduct.
Responsibilities:
• Perform administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, data entry, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements
• Provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks
• Answer telephone calls and direct them accordingly
• Organize and maintain hard copy filing systems as well as digital documents
• Assist with ad hoc projects as needed or requested
• Provide support to colleagues where necessary
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year previous experience working in an administrative position
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment
• Flexible attitude towards work assignments
