The role involves providing administrative support to the HR team, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of documents, managing schedules and appointments, responding to inquiries, filing records, ordering supplies, and performing other general office duties.

The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, the ability to multitask and work independently. They must be able to think on their feet and handle any situation or request with poise. Knowledge of relevant software is also helpful.
