Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1600 AED/Month
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, such as managing office supplies, organizing company documents and records, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, and providing excellent customer service.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively. You should also have exceptional communication skills and the ability to work independently. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position.
Responsibilities:
• Manage office operations and ensure the smooth running of the office
• Order office supplies and maintain stock levels
• Ensure that all company documents are organized and filed correctly
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Handle customer inquiries in a professional manner
• Maintain the office calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, events, etc.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
• Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
