Job Title: Secretary
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Salary: 1100 AED/Month
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Secretary in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have an eye for detail, be organized and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
• Answering telephone calls, responding to emails and attending to visitors.
• Scheduling meetings and appointments.
• Making travel arrangements.
• Drafting letters, memos and other documents as required.
• Photocopying and scanning documents as needed.
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or field is preferred but not required for consideration.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required for consideration.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English language are essential. Knowledge of Arabic is preferred but not required for consideration.
• Ability to multitask and take instructions from multiple sources while maintaining attention to detail is essential.
