We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The role will involve leading and managing the daily operations of our facility, ensuring that all activities are completed to the highest standard and in a timely manner.

The successful applicant must have excellent communication skills and be self-motivated, as well as having the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate should also have good problem-solving skills and the ability to think on their feet.

The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure all members of staff are working efficiently, while ensuring that deadlines are met and customer service standards are upheld. This includes setting goals and objectives for each team member, providing training where necessary, monitoring performance, and communicating any issues or changes in policy or procedures.

The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with other departments, providing feedback on their performance when necessary. In addition to this they will be required to monitor operational expenses and make suggestions on how costs can be reduced without compromising quality or efficiency.

This is a full-time position with an attractive salary of 1400 per month (which could be negotiable depending on experience). Foreigners will also be considered for this role.
