Office Assistant - Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE
We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service skills, a strong knowledge of office procedures, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff, including filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks. They will also be responsible for answering phones, taking messages, greeting clients and visitors, scheduling appointments and maintaining records. Additionally, they will be responsible for organizing documents and preparing reports. The ideal candidate should have experience working in an office setting and be proficient in MS Office applications such as Word and Excel.
