Librarian - Abu Dhabi, UAE (Preference for Indians)

We are looking for a highly motivated Librarian to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and experience in library sciences.

The role of the Librarian is to be responsible for organizing and maintaining the library’s collections, providing reference services to patrons and maintaining a high level of customer service. Specific duties include selecting and cataloguing books and other materials, preparing bibliographies, suggesting additions to the collection, developing library policies, providing information services to patrons via phone or email, and tracking usage of materials.

The successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Library Science or equivalent experience. A preference will be given to applicants who are Indian nationals but all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply. This position does not include accommodation.
