Office Assistant - Sharjah, UAE (Preferential for Indian nationals)
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This is a preferential role for Indian nationals but other nationalities are welcome to apply.
The Office Assistant’s responsibilities include providing administrative, clerical, and secretarial support to the office staff. You should be able to handle basic office duties such as filing documents, answering incoming calls, taking messages, ordering supplies, and arranging meetings. Additionally, you should be able to troubleshoot minor IT issues and help out with data entry tasks when required.
To be successful as an Office Assistant, you should have good organizational skills and an eagerness to learn new tasks quickly. Ultimately, an exceptional Office Assistant should be able to multi-task efficiently and have a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers or colleagues.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an office assistant or similar role
• Knowledge of office procedures
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Preference for Indian nationality but not mandatory
