Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position offers a salary of 1400 and is open to foreign applicants with minimal work experience. As Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for managing all housekeeping and laundry staff, as well as ensuring high standards of cleanliness throughout the entire hotel. You will also develop strategies for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

Job Responsibilities:
• Managing all housekeeping and laundry staff;
• Creating efficient schedules for staff;
• Monitoring staff performance;
• Inspecting guest rooms and public areas on a regular basis;
• Ensuring high quality of linen, towels, bedding supplies and other amenities;
• Developing cost-reduction strategies;
• Improving efficiency through effective planning and organizing skills;
• Training new hires on proper housekeeping procedures;
• Building good relationships with guests through excellent customer service.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field;

• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role in the hospitality sector;

• A strong knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, regulations and safety standards;

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once;

• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail ;

• Proficiency in English ;

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
