We are looking for an Office Administrator for our office in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of the office. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700 AED. We are open to hiring a foreign national for this role.
The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the team, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. The successful candidate must be organized, have strong communication skills, and demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities. The primary duties and responsibilities include:
• Organizing and maintaining files and records
• Developing an efficient filing system
• Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Answering phone calls, taking messages, responding to emails
• Typing correspondence accurately
• Assisting with the preparation of presentations or reports as needed
• Coordinating project activities as needed
• Performing other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills and an attention to detail. He/she must have strong computer proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Candidates should also have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), good problem-solving abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a highly professional attitude with the ability to handle confidential information properly. Previous work experience in an administrative role would be beneficial but not required.
