Office administrator job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator for our office in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, while maintaining a professional working environment.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This person should be able to work independently and as a part of a team, have great communication skills, and be flexible and resilient in challenging situations.
Responsibilities include:
• Greeting visitors and managing incoming calls
• Organizing meetings and events
• Maintaining filing systems including electronic filing
• Handling basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry
• Supporting the team with various administrative duties as assigned
• Updating databases and lists regularly
• Assisting with document preparation and mailing activities
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative role, proficiency in MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc., excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English, and be able to work independently or as part of a team. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not required. We are open to candidates from all backgrounds who are eligible to work in Abu Dhabi. The salary offered is 1700 AED per month.
