Cashier - Zayed City, UAE
We are looking for an experienced and motivated cashier to join our team in Zayed City, UAE. This position requires excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have a biometric passport and be proficient in English.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Accurately processing customer payments including cash, credit/debit cards, checks and other forms of payment
• Greeting customers in a friendly manner while providing outstanding customer service
• Balancing daily financial transactions to ensure accuracy
• Recommending additional products or services to customers when appropriate
• Complying with all relevant laws and regulations pertaining to money handling and operating the register
• Assisting with other duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
• Previous experience working as a cashier or in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English.
• Ability to multitask while remaining organized and efficient.
• Familiarity with basic office software such as MS Office is preferred.
• Biometric passport is required.
• An Indian national or someone from India is preferred for this position but not mandatory.
