We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be tasked with sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for open positions within our organisation.

The successful applicant must have a minimum of two years recruitment experience in identifying qualified and skilled professionals. The ability to read, analyse and interpret employment laws, regulations and guidelines is also essential.

The ideal candidate must be highly organised with exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) in both English and Arabic languages. They should also display excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to think quickly on their feet.

The successful Recruiter will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies to identify potential candidates through various sources including job boards, social media networks, internal databases, college recruiting initiatives and referrals. They will review resumes/CVs of potential applicants; conduct in-person interviews; assess suitability for available positions; provide feedback/guidance throughout the selection process; and coordinate onboarding activities for accepted applicants.
