Position: Housekeeping Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi
Salary: 1600 USD

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage a team of housekeeping staff.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all activities are carried out in an efficient manner.
• Develop and implement effective housekeeping policies, procedures, and standards to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies inventory levels, ordering new supplies when necessary.
• Train and evaluate housekeeping personnel on proper cleaning techniques and guest service standards.
• Ensure that all guest rooms are properly cleaned and maintained according to established standards.
• Inspect guest rooms regularly to ensure that standards are being met.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries or complaints regarding housekeeping services.
• Maintain accurate records of all housekeeping activities as required by management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred
• Previous experience working as a Housekeeping Manager in a hotel or similar environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to motivate staff and manage performance effectively
