We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the entire office and ensuring operations run smoothly.

The primary responsibilities of the Office Administrator include but are not limited to: answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments and meetings, organizing filing systems, maintaining office supplies inventory, ordering stationary and equipment as needed, preparing documents for internal meetings and external reports, making travel arrangements for employees as needed.
We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills who is able to multi-task effectively while maintaining attention to detail. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as a good command of Microsoft Office Suite programs including Word, Excel and Outlook. A degree in Business Administration or related field would be an advantage but is not essential. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
