Secretary vacancy in Sharjah UAE
We are looking for a professional Secretary to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative functions and providing support to the management team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
Responsibilities:
• Manage all incoming calls and emails
• Write and distribute emails, letters, faxes and forms
• Schedule appointments, meetings and travel arrangements
• Prepare agendas for meetings
• Prepare invoices, reports and financial statements
• Maintain office filing system
• Ensure all office supplies are adequately stocked
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word) & Outlook
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with accuracy
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Salary: 1000 AED per month. We are ready to consider a foreigner.
