Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing staff and overseeing daily operations across multiple departments. You must have excellent leadership and communication skills in order to effectively manage a diverse workforce and ensure that all tasks and objectives are achieved in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities


• Manage staff on a daily basis, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to ensure maximum efficiency.
• lead projects and initiatives to improve processes within the organization
• Make sure that procedures are followed accurately and efficiently
• Develop goals for team members and ensure that they are achieved
• Handle disciplinary issues in accordance with company policy
• Work with other departments to ensure the smooth running of operations.


Qualifications


• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in management or related field
• Proven experience as a supervisor or similar role
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff members
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Good problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
