Cashier vacancy in Dubai UAE

Cashier - Malayalee/Egyptian/English speaking - Dubai, UAE

We are looking for an experienced Cashier to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate should be a Malayalee, Egyptian or English-speaking individual with at least 1 year of cash handling experience.

Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
• handling cash transactions with customers using cash registers
• counting money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
• accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and proving a receipt to every customer
• answering customers' questions and providing information on procedures or policies
• bagging purchases correctly
• maintaining a clean working area by sweeping, vacuuming, dusting etc.
• tracking transactions on balance sheets and computer databases

In addition to the above duties, the successful candidate will possess a valid biometric passport as well as strong communication skills. An excellent understanding of customer service practices is also essential.
