Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to all departments
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails promptly
• Organize meetings and take down minutes during the meetings
• Manage calendar appointments for the staff members
• Prepare presentations and other documents related to the job role
• Maintain accurate records of all documents and files
Qualifications & Skills Required: • High school diploma or equivalent certification is required • Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant is preferred but not required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to work with minimal supervision
