Salary: 1100 AED per month
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Secretary to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide administrative and organizational support to the team. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, managing calendars, taking notes at meetings, preparing reports, organizing documents, and helping with general office duties. The ideal candidate should be highly organized and have excellent communication skills. Previous experience as a secretary or in an administrative role is preferred but not required. The ability to speak multiple languages is an added advantage. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Previous experience as a secretary or in an administrative role (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
