Job Title: Bank Teller - Abu Dhabi, UAE

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Bank Teller to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling financial transactions, and assisting with other banking activities. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800AED/month and we are willing to consider applications from immigrants.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred;
• At least 1 year of experience as a bank teller or in customer service;
• Knowledge of banking regulations, procedures and products;
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic (preferred);
• Good organizational and time-management skills;
• Proficient with computers.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers to the bank branch and assist them with their banking needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, wire transfers, bill payments, etc.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding their accounts or general banking information.
• Help customers open new accounts or apply for loans according to bank policies.
• Reconcile daily cash transactions and prepare end-of-day reports.
• Cross sell bank products such as credit cards, checking accounts, savings accounts etc.
