We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping to grow our team by sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for open positions. This role involves a high degree of autonomy and requires strong interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to build relationships with potential candidates. The candidate should be organized and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. In addition, they should have experience in using recruiting platforms and an understanding of recruiting best practices.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Previous experience as a Recruiter
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask

• Experience using recruiting platforms

Responsibilities:
• Source qualified candidates through various recruiting platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn
• Develop job postings and post them on job boards
• Screen resumes and cover letters for relevant qualifications; shortlist candidates for interviews based on their experience and skillset • Schedule interviews with candidates via phone or video call
• Conduct background checks on selected applicants before sending them off for final interviews with managers • Provide feedback to unsuccessful applicants in a timely manner • Ensure compliance with labor laws when offering employment contracts • Update recruitment databases with new hires, terminations, etc. • Create reports related to recruitment activities Salary: 1200 AED
