Job Title: Housekeeping Manager

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to manage the daily operations of housekeeping in a fast-paced environment. Working in Abu Dhabi, the successful candidate will need to have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for ensuring the overall smooth running of housekeeping operations, which includes supervising staff, delegating tasks and ensuring that health and safety regulations are met. The successful candidate must also have excellent organizational skills and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise staff to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Plan schedules and manage workloads to ensure efficient delivery of services.
• Monitor stock levels and order supplies as required.
• Ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
• Offer advice and support to housekeeping staff on any matters relating to their work.
• Liaise with other departments within the hotel as required.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role is essential.
• A good knowledge of health and safety regulations is essential.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are necessary for this role.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team is a must-have trait for this position.
