Administrator job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate must be a detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational and communication skills. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
The main duties of the Administrator include: managing day-to-day operational tasks; preparing documents, reports, and presentations; scheduling appointments and meetings; managing client inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction; maintaining accurate records; providing general support to visitors; dealing with incoming emails, correspondence, and phone calls; as well as any other tasks that may be assigned by the management.
The ideal candidate must have a degree in Business Administration or related field as well as at least two years of experience in a similar role. The successful applicant must also have strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Furthermore, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential for this position.
