Job Description:
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing and evaluating applicants for open positions. The Recruiter will also be responsible for managing the recruitment process, preparing job descriptions and job postings, participating in job fairs and other recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should be a highly organized professional with excellent communication skills.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Must be willing to consider an immigrant with no prior experience in recruiting
