Office Assistant - Sharjah, UAE
We are looking for a highly organized Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The successful candidate should be able to multitask and prioritize tasks, maintain a clean and professional office environment, and provide administrative support to the team.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and an ability to work independently. We prefer candidates who are Pakistanis or Malayalees who can communicate fluently in English. Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities include:
• Greeting visitors and directing them accordingly
• Answering phones and responding to emails
• Maintaining filing systems and databases
• Assisting with daily administrative tasks such as photocopying, faxing, etc.
• Ordering office supplies and equipment as needed
• Scheduling meetings and appointments
• Other duties as assigned
• Providing support with student applications or other related inquiries
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Previous experience working in an office setting is preferred but not required
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal) in English; fluency in Pakistani/Malayalis language is a plus
