Housekeeping Manager job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the housekeeping department and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and customer service. This position offers a salary of 1300 AED per month.
The duties of the Housekeeping Manager include but are not limited to supervising staff, developing and managing budgets, training staff, inspecting work areas for cleanliness, creating new processes to ensure efficiency and safety, responding to customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining records of supplies, equipment and services, coordinating repairs and maintenance requests, liaising with vendors and suppliers for ordering supplies and services.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills as well as strong leadership abilities. They should have previous experience in a similar role as well as knowledge of cleaning products and methods. They must be able to work independently but also have excellent communication skills in order to effectively manage staff.
We are open to considering an immigrant for this role; however, they must possess valid working papers or visa status that allows them to legally work in Abu-Dhabi.
