Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator for our Abu Dhabi office. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently, providing administrative support to staff and management. The position requires a high level of professionalism as the Administrator is a key point of contact with clients and other external stakeholders.
Job Details:
The Administrator will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing the workflow of the office, and providing administrative support to staff. This includes but is not limited to: scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, preparing reports and presentations, maintaining filing systems, data entry, database management, responding to inquiries from internal and external customers, processing mail, ordering supplies/equipment, coordinating special events/projects.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Highly motivated self-starter with a positive attitude
