Administrator job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are currently seeking a full-time Administrator for our office in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations of the office by providing administrative support to the team.
The successful candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate should also be proficient in using MS Office applications, including Word and Excel.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the team
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the office
• Answer telephone calls and take messages
• Respond to emails and inquiries from clients
• Prepare documents, reports, memos, letters and other correspondence
• Maintain filing systems for records, correspondence, documents etc.
• Ensure that all paperwork is up to date and stored properly
• Assist in organizing meetings and events when required
• Manage office supplies inventory and order supplies when necessary
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role
• Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word and Excel)
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Great communication abilities (written & verbal)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: 1000 AED per month. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position.
