Job Description:
We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Sharjah. As a Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, managing emails, scheduling appointments and meetings, preparing reports, and other clerical work. You must have excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Requirements for the Candidate:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Familiarity with office management software (e.g., ERP systems) is an advantage
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
- Ready to consider an immigrant
- Salary of 1600 AED per month.
