Waiter - Haur-Fakkan, UAE

We are looking for an experienced Waiter to join our team in Haur-Fakkan, UAE. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role and should be able to speak English fluently. We prefer candidates from Africa or who are Malayalees, with experience in the hospitality industry. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate. Freshers are also welcome to apply.
Responsibilities include:
• Welcoming and seating customers
• Taking orders accurately
• Serving food and drinks promptly
• Ensuring that all areas of the restaurant are clean and tidy at all times
• Responding to customer inquiries and complaints
• Resolving any issues related to service or quality of food
• Upselling additional items to customers when appropriate
• Adhering to all safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
