Seasonal Office Assistant – Bani Yas City, UAE (Preferred Indian Nationals)
We are looking to hire a Seasonal Office Assistant for our organization in Bani Yas City, UAE. The ideal candidate should have a 12th standard education and be able to efficiently perform administrative duties. No English language proficiency is required for this position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff, including filing documents, handling customer inquiries, and managing daily office operations. They should be able to maintain an organized filing system and answer incoming calls in a polite and professional manner. Additionally, they will be expected to manage the office calendar, book travel arrangements, and provide other related administrative tasks as needed.
The successful candidate should possess excellent customer service skills and be highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively. They must also be able to work independently as well as part of a team with strong interpersonal skills. Experience in an office setting is preferred but not required.
