Office Assistant – Sharjah, UAE (Pakistani/Malayalee/English-Speaking Preferred)
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

The primary responsibilities of the Office Assistant will include ensuring the smooth running of daily office operations, providing administrative support to staff, handling customer enquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing general clerical support such as filing and data entry. The successful candidate must have a positive attitude towards work and be reliable with good organisational skills.

We are looking for a Pakistani or Malayalee candidate who is fluent in English. Part-time work may also be available for the right candidate.
