We are looking for a Secretary to join our organization located in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as the ability to interact positively with both internal and external stakeholders.
The role of the Secretary will involve providing administrative support to the team in a professional manner. This includes scheduling meetings, sending emails and organizing files. The ideal candidate should also be able to respond quickly to inquiries and requests from clients, both verbally and in writing. Additionally, this individual should be comfortable with computers and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook).
The successful applicant will need to have excellent communication skills as they will need to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and supervisors. They must also have strong organizational skills, be able to prioritize tasks, handle multiple assignments at once and be deadline-oriented. The successful candidate should also possess problem-solving abilities with an eye for detail.
