Housekeeping Manager job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager for an exciting opportunity in Abu-Dhabi. This position will be offering a salary of 1400 and we are open to considering applicants from abroad.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of hotel housekeeping to ensure a high standard of cleanliness. This includes supervising and scheduling staff, monitoring cleaning products and equipment, maintaining inventories, and conducting inspections. The Housekeeping Manager will also be expected to develop and maintain quality assurance processes, manage budgets, and collaborate with other departments when necessary.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have at least three years’ experience in housekeeping management or a related field; a high school diploma; basic computer proficiency; strong organizational skills; good communication skills; the ability to multitask; problem-solving aptitude; and knowledge of health regulations in the hospitality industry. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate leadership abilities with excellent time management skills to ensure deadlines are met. Experience with budgeting is desired but not essential.
