We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The position offers an attractive salary of 1600 per month and we are open to granting work visas to qualified immigrants.
We require the candidate to have good interpersonal skills, be able to work with a team, and possess excellent organizational skills. Furthermore, the ideal candidate should have previous experience in housekeeping management and understand the importance of customer satisfaction.
The primary responsibility of the Housekeeping Manager is to ensure that all housekeeping activities run smoothly at the hotel or organization they work for. This includes coordinating staff schedules, ensuring that all rooms meet cleanliness standards, and managing budgets for cleaning supplies and equipment. The Housekeeping Manager should also be able to identify any problems related to housekeeping services promptly and develop solutions accordingly. Additionally, they should be able to provide guidance and training on safety procedures when required.
We are looking for someone who holds a degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management or equivalent professional qualifications with minimal relevant work experience. They should demonstrate strong managerial skills as well as knowledge about the basics of cleaning technologies such as disinfectants and cleaning supplies. The successful candidate must also be familiar with computer software programs such as MS Office Suite or equivalent applications used in hotels/restaurants. Finally, they must possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal with fluency in English being essential for this role.
