Administrator vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrator for a role in Abu-Dhabi. The successful applicant will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, along with an eye for detail. They should be comfortable working independently and collaboratively as part of a team. The position offers an attractive salary of 1300. We are open to considering applications from foreign candidates.
The successful candidate must have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in an administrative role, ideally within the UAE or Middle East region. They should have a strong understanding of administrative procedures and processes, as well as knowledge of computer systems such as Microsoft Office. A university degree in business administration or related field would be preferred but is not essential.
The Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including filing documents, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements and responding to emails and phone calls in a timely manner. Additionally they will be required to research potential opportunities, create reports and update databases as needed.
