We are currently looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The position requires a highly motivated individual with a passion for connecting top talent with great opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening job seekers while also developing relationships with potential employers.

The successful Recruiter must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal applicant will have a minimum of two years of recruitment experience and knowledge of the local job market. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred but not required. We are also ready to consider immigrants who meet the requirements outlined above.

The primary duties of the Recruiter include managing job postings, sourcing qualified candidates through online job boards, conducting preliminary phone interviews, coordinating face-to-face interviews with hiring managers, and providing feedback to applicants regarding their applications status. Additionally, as part of this role you will be expected to build relationships with potential employers in order to generate new business opportunities and promote our services.
