We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Supervisor to join our team at Al-Kuwait. This is a full-time role with a salary of 1100. We are open to considering an immigrant for the position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and supervising the day-to-day operations of the business. This includes ensuring all staff are performing their duties effectively and efficiently, as well as monitoring customer service and enforcing safety regulations. The Supervisor will also be responsible for identifying any areas of improvement in order to ensure customer satisfaction and employee morale is maintained. Additionally, they will be in charge of conducting performance reviews, training new employees, and monitoring labor costs.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role within the retail or hospitality industry. They must possess excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team confidently in order to achieve desired results. A high level of knowledge in customer service best practices is essential, as well as knowledge of health & safety regulations. The successful candidate should also have excellent problem solving skills and the ability to take initiative when needed.
