We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Khawr Fakkan, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills and must be able to communicate effectively in English.

You will be responsible for managing incoming calls and emails, managing the office space, preparing correspondence, maintaining office supplies, and other administrative duties as assigned. You must also have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with other team members.

The successful candidate will be highly organized with the ability to multitask efficiently. You should also possess excellent problem-solving skills as well as a professional attitude. A degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
