We are looking for a motivated and organized Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. We are especially open to considering immigrant candidates who have the necessary skills and experience.

The successful candidate will need to be detail-oriented, have excellent interpersonal skills, and a good understanding of recruitment processes. They should also be able to work independently, as well as part of a team. Previous experience in recruiting or human resources is preferred but not required.

The primary responsibility of the Recruiter is to source, screen, interview, select and hire qualified candidates for both current and upcoming positions. This includes writing job descriptions, advertising roles, screening CVs, conducting interviews and making offers to suitable applicants. The Recruiter will also be responsible for providing advice and guidance on all recruitment related topics.

In addition to a salary of 1100 AED per month, our Recruiter will also receive benefits such as health insurance coverage and performance bonuses when applicable. Flexible working hours may also be available depending on the needs of the role.
