Job Description:
The Office Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to management and staff. This includes managing daily office operations, organizing meetings and events, filing documents, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments and ensuring workplace safety. The Office Administrator will also be expected to assist with other tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
• At least 3 years of experience in an office administration role
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• A keen eye for detail
