Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated Kindergarten teacher to join our team at Sharjah. The successful candidate will have excellent teaching skills and will be able to provide fun, engaging and developmentally appropriate instruction for young children. The Teacher will be responsible for creating an environment that encourages active student engagement and provides a safe, nurturing atmosphere. A competitive salary of 1300 is offered for this position with potential for growth. We are open to considering applications from immigrants who have minimal work experience.

Job Responsibilities

The Kindergarten Teacher is responsible for managing the classroom environment while planning, implementing, evaluating and assessing student learning outcomes in accordance with curriculum standards. This includes creating lesson plans; providing engaging activities; assessing students' academic progress; maintaining constructive relationships with students, parents and colleagues; attending staff meetings; participating in professional development activities; and staying up-to-date on current best practices in early childhood education.

Qualifications

The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, along with a valid teaching license/certificate issued by the Ministry of Education in Sharjah. Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess excellent written/oral communication skills, strong organizational skills, patience and flexibility as well as the ability to remain calm under pressure. Prior experience working with children of ages 3-5 years old is an asset but not required.
