We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, strong time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including greeting visitors, answering the phone, organizing office documents, preparing reports and presentations, scheduling meetings and taking notes during them. Additionally, you should be comfortable working with a computer (word processing and spreadsheets) and have a good command of English.

We offer competitive salary of 1800 AED per month as well as benefits such as health insurance coverage and paid vacation days. We are also ready to consider an immigrant for this position.
