We are in search of an experienced Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have 3 years of experience working in a similar role. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative, clerical, and organizational support to the staff.
Responsibilities:
• Answering phone calls and handling customer inquiries
• Scheduling and organizing meetings, appointments, and other events
• Maintaining accurate records and filing documents as needed
• Preparing correspondence, reports, memos, and other documents
• Assisting with travel arrangements for staff members
• Managing office supplies inventory and ordering new supplies as necessary
• Performing general office duties such as photocopying, faxing, etc.
• Assisting the team with various projects as directed by the management
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to remain organized while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent customer service skills
