Requirements for the Candidate:
• Proven experience as an Excavator Operator
• Extensive knowledge of the operation and maintenance of excavators
• Ability to read blueprints, plans, and diagrams
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good physical fitness and strength with no fear of heights
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with no major violations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
