We are looking for a talented and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in recruitment within the UAE, and be comfortable working with a range of candidates from different backgrounds.

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to engage with potential candidates. They should have a strong understanding of the needs of the company when recruiting new staff and be able to effectively source high quality staff who meet those requirements.

The ideal candidate should have at least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, as well as 5 years of recruitment experience. They should also be fluent in English, both written and spoken. Being able to speak more than one language is preferred but not essential.

The successful candidate will also need to demonstrate excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and the ability to think outside the box when it comes to finding new candidates for open positions. Additionally, they must be competent when it comes to using technology such as applicant tracking systems, job boards, social media platforms etc.

This is a full-time role offering an attractive salary package of 1500 AED per month plus other benefits associated with this position. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this role but please note that any visa applications will need to be handled by the applicant themselves.
