We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is a full-time role with a salary of 1600 AED. We are open to considering an immigrant for the position.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least 1 year professional working experience
• Proven experience in office management and administrative tasks
• Excellent computer skills, proficient with MS Office suite
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently
• Outstanding organizational and problem solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities

Job Description: The Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will assist with daily administrative tasks such as organizing files, preparing reports, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, managing databases, etc. You will also be involved in organizing meetings, taking minutes of meetings as well as other duties as assigned. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that operational processes are carried out efficiently by monitoring staff performance and providing feedback when required.
