Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all administrative duties in our office. The position offers a salary of 1000 AED per month and we are ready to consider foreign applicants.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Greet clients, customers, and other visitors
• Answer phone calls, emails, faxes and other inquiries
• Handle incoming post and distribute documents as needed
• Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
• Prepare memos/letters/emails/reports as requested by management
• Maintain the office inventory of supplies and equipment
• Ensure the office is properly cleaned on a daily basis
• Provide general administrative support to staff members
Qualifications and Requirements
• Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures is preferred but not essential
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills; ability to speak English fluently
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks effectively and work independently
