Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high-quality service in the preparation and presentation of beverages, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Minimum 1 year of barista experience in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of coffee and espresso making techniques and customer service best practices
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg) on a regular basis
• Fluency in English (verbal & written) is essential; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification preferred.

Compensation: This position offers an attractive salary of 1200 AED per month with potential for growth based on performance.
